Cara Membuat (DIY) Stand Gitar Dengan Pipa PVC


Bahan- Bahan (Dapat Disesuaikan) :

  � 1,5 m pipa ukuran 3/4"
  � 30 cm pipa ukuran 1/2"
  � 60 cm busa handle ukuran 3/4"
  � 5 buah pipa T ukuran 3/4"
  � 2 buah pipa L (siku) ukuran 3/4"
  � 1 buah pipa L (siku) konversi dari 3/4" ke 1/2"
  � 1 buah pipa T ukuran 1/2"
  � 2 buah pipa L (siku) ukuran 1/2"

Cara membuat :

1. Potonglah batang pipa dan busa sesuai dengan yang dibutuhkan. Dalam hal ini, dapat dilihat seperti di bawah :
  � 1 � 75 cm pipa ukuran 3/4"
  � 2 � 18 cm pipa ukuran 3/4"
  � 1 � 15 cm pipa ukuran 3/4"
  � 2 � 6 cm pipa ukuran 3/4"
  � 2 � 3 cm pipa ukuran 3/4"
  � 3 � 3 cm pipa ukuran 1/2" 
  � 2 � 7,5 cm pipa ukuran 1/2"
  � 2 � 15 cm busa 
  � 3 � 6 cm busa

 
  
2. Siapkan Busa handle
  � Siapkan Busa Handle untuk Posisi Pipa T.
Anda harus memotongnya sedikit agar sesuai dengan pipa ukuran 1/2". Ambil salah satu potongan busa ukuran 6 cm. Irislah busa tersebut seperti gambar di bawah.


  � Siapkan Busa Handle untuk Bagian Samping.
Irislah 2 busa ukuran 3 cm lainnya seperti di bawah.

4. Rakit Bagian Bawah.
  � Pertama hubungkan Pipa T ukuran 3/4" pada setiap ujung pipa ukuran 18 cm. 


  � Kemudian hubungkan Pipa L (siku) ukuran 3/4" ke salah satu ujung dari masing-masing pipa ukuran 15 cm. 


   � Gunakan potongan pipa 3 cm ukuran 3/4" untuk menghubungkan pipa L (siku) ke pipa T. Ini adalah bagian depan.

  � Hubungkan pipa 3 cm ukuran 3/4" untuk setiap sisi pipa T lain, lalu letakkan Pipa T pada setiap potongan 6 cm. Ini adalah bagian belakang dasar.

  � Geser 15 cm potongan busa ke potongan pipa 18 cm, kemudian hubungkan bagian depan ke belakang menggunakan ujung terbuka dari potongan pipa 18 cm.



5. Rakit Bagian Atas

Bagian atas adalah sebagai tempat leher gitar. 
  � Pertama, hubungkan dua potongan pipa 3 cm ukuran 1/2" pada pipa T ukuran 1/2". 

 
  � Kemudian hubungkan pada kedua ujungnya dengan Pipa L (siku) ukuran 1/2", dan sambungkan dengan potongan pipa 7,5 cm. Pasangkan potongan busa yang sudah di iris pertama seperti gambar di bawah.
 


  � Akhirnya hubungkan dengan pipa L (siku) konversi ukuran 3/4" ke 1/2"menggunakan potongan pipa 3 cm ukuran 1/2" yang terakhir.
 


6. Rakit Semuanya
  � Langkah terakhir adalah untuk menghubungkan dasar dan atas menggunakan potong pipa 75 cm.

How to make DIY Drum Electronics Rack + Clamp

There's to much way to make Drum Electronics Rack. Some use wood, stainless, iron, fiber, and others. You can Google for find them.


For example :

What wee need is :
1. Pipe (iron or plastic).
2. T Pipe Fitter.
3. Pipe Clamp.
4. Energy and spirit ^_^

In this case I use plastic pipe with 1 1/4", and 1-1/4"�3/4" and 3/4" of T pipe fitter.

Then find your pipe clamp that suitable for your pipe. In this case I use krisbow clamp with size 25mm-40mm and 40mm-60mm.



Slice your 1-1/4" and 1-1/4"�3/4" for the way you can tight it with the clamp.

Then clamp them like bellow (for the rack).

Now you can clamp any pipe you need. For the Rack Clamp, you can joint the 1-1/4"�3/4" and the 3/4" pipe with 90� flip.
The set your rack, and find your electronic drum module and the pad.

DIY - How to Build a Cajon (Acoustic Drum Box)

INTRODUCTION
I recently saw on the internet, a band was playing a song from my favorite band Blink 182 (acoustic version). There I saw the drummer plays a box object which he had occupied and played by banging the front. Without delay, I find out what it was. Of course I ask uncle Google to search for it. And finally with the keyword "box acoustic drums", uncle Google instantly find what I was looking for. And that is "Cajon".


CAJON HISTORY
Cajon (read "cahone") (Spanish pronunciation: "kaxon") is derived from the Spanish for crate, drawer, or box. One theory about Cajon began in the 18th century when the African slaves brought to the colonies of Spain in Peru. The slaves, forbidden to play their
traditional instruments. Because of that, they make a box shaped instrument that can be occupied so as bench so that they can disguise the instrument. Cajon was developed in the 19th century, and in 1850 was the peak of its popularity. And now, cajon also worldwide as one of the musical instruments are very much playable. One of them as an acoustic instrument accompaniment.

PROCESS TO MAKE CAJON

1. Of course, before we making this cajon, prepare all materials and tools required such as boards, plywood, nails, glue, bolts, stringed, hammer, cutting tools (saws), sandpaper, and everything that can be used to make a Cajon.
* In this case, I'm using the multiplex (teak wood) with a thickness of 12 mm and a membrane / tapa / drumhead using plywood with a thickness of 3 mm.

2. Sketch on board, (according to the desired size) lines to be cut. On the internet there are various sizes that are used in the making of this cajon. For high ranging between 40-60 cm and the length and width ranging from 28-38 cm.

* Holes / soundhole usually are dealing / parallel with tapa / headdrum. But it could also be in the side.

* There is some variation in the shape and size of the holes / soundhole. But generally rounded with sizes ranging from approximately 30-70% width cajon.

3. Cut these sketches into parts with saws or other cutting tools.
* For making holes (soundhole) use drill first and then use a sticks saw.
* Cut properly so that when installed, there is no gap or slit on each patch.

4. In the installation process, use wood glue on the parts that will be affixed to better glue and closing the gap / slit / pores undesirable. Then use a nail plywood to reinforce the patch.
*Ask for help a friend or use the gripper tool to facilitate the installation process.

5. To reduce the gap, use glue on each corner and on each of the parts are affixed.
